Tips on how to prepare the outside of your property for photos:

1.  If you have a driveway, leave it clear of all vehicles

2. Ensure that any unsightly tall wheelie bins are hidden from sight.

3. If you have children, tidy any garden toys away and dismantle any large equipment.

4. Make the most of your garden by mowing the lawn, pruning any large bushes or shrubs, and consider investing in some attractive containers and planting them with flowers/topiary trees.

5. Clear any debris away from patios or decking areas. Clean the outside of all windows and the front and rear doors.
